Rob went over and above in service. came out same day and diagnosed the fault. i have sourced the circuit board and fitted it. fridge is working like new again. nice guy to have a chat to and i will recommend him to anyone. thanks for your time and service mate.
Very very kind and helpful. i called him to ask for a quote on a fridge which doesn't get cold. he suggested i unplug the fridge for half an hour to reset it. said i can call back if that doesn't work. :) also asked how old the unit was. also told me my phone number came up as my business name registered in google. 😂 turns out the plug was only halfway into the wall socket... this guy is truly freaking awesome. he deserves 100 reviews for his awesomeness.
