The shop owner was very nice and friendly when i went here to get a new phone screen protector. i stated i didn’t want glass which he accommodated, which is more than i can say for other places that try to push glass very hard. however, he took a very long time to put the screen protector on. like 10+ minutes. i’m not quite sure what the process is but even after 10 minutes there was bubbles and dust stuck under the screen (which i honestly think it is because he took so long? like the dust had a chance to settle). he offered to do a discount or a redo and i took the redo option because i knew the bubbles would irritate me. but this did take another 5-10 minutes. and it was much much better but it still wasn’t perfect. there were tiny bubbles on the side and the corner but at this point i didn’t want to stay here longer anymore so i just accepted. i will say it was on the pricier side as well so i didn’t feel like the service matched the cost. if you don’t care so much about perfectionism this place is fine but i’m a stickler for details. you can see in the photos what i mean. like it’s acceptable but just not perfect.
I recently had my fold 6 screen replaced at city phones, and i can confidently say it was the best service i've experienced compared to other stores. kirat went the extra mile to explain every detail of the service i was receiving, which i truly appreciated. one of the best aspects of city phones is that they are a samsung authorized service center, so i knew that any repairs wouldn’t void my phone's warranty. additionally, i found a stylish case for my phone, and their in-store selection of accessories is impressive! thank you for the excellent service, guys! i will definitely be back in the future for any of my phone needs!
They gave me a really generous discount and were genuinely so kind and accommodating the whole time. no pressure, just really helpful and patient service. super grateful for how smooth everything went — definitely recommending this store if you’re looking for a good deal and kind people 🤍
