I had an urgent issue with a very full septic tank in the middle of the afternoon on a saturday. i called harmor and ended up speaking to alex who was very helpful and was able to get a pump truck out to my place to pump out the tank. the pump truck arrived within an hour or so. lewis the pump truck driver was very friendly and got stuck into pumping out the tank. however, when the tank was pumped out there was still a blockage. lewis gave me some great advice regarding unblocking the septic pipes. i am very grateful for the service provided by both alex and lewis, especially seeing that it was after normal business hours and have no hesitation in recommending harmor liquid waste solutions.
Harmor were fantastic. we are on macleay island and our septic overflowed over the weekend . rang them monday and they happened to have a truck on the island. although the driver was busy he made time to come and pump out our tank. they were courteous, efficient and very reasonable in price. thank you harmor. great service.
Great …. service . care was taken at every step . arrived on time , took time to bring pump hose extra distance to avoid damaging garden , thorough in totally cleaning out tank . alex was personable pleasant quick and knowledgeable and when he left there was no sign that a large truck with long hose had ever been ; other than my very clean tank and the smile on my face 👍 and the price was very fair . thanks guys , great job
